This is How You Do It is a chapbook of poetry crafted in the spring of 2024 following one of Lorna Crozier’s poetry writing retreats. The work of 14 poets—Rosa Bergola, Susan Bond, Sandra Campbell, Nora CB, Susan Haldane, Barbara E. Lorna Crozier has published many books of poetry and a memoir. An Officer of the Order of Canada she’s been acknowledged for her writing, her contribution to literature, and her mentoring and teaching with five honourary doctorates, the most recent from McGill and Simon Fraser Universities. A beloved teacher at the University of Victoria for over twenty years and an instructor at Banff and Sage Hill, Lorna now flexes her teaching muscles at Wintergreen. She’s taught there since 2010 and it’s become a second home.
