We understand the importance of team building—whether you are a group of secondary school department heads, partners at a law firm, artists in a community collective, or a management group at a national bank.
Our Team Building packages include engaging activities to support collaboration, to learn new skills, and to be inspired by the beauties and complexities of the natural world.
The packages are fully customizable: you choose the activities that best suit your organization, and we will make it happen. Overnight accommodations are available for those wishing to extend their stay beyond a day at Wintergreen.

Once you select your options, we will calculate a per person cost.
One-day program, with lunch and three workshops, ranges from $250-$350 p.p. (8 person minimum; 30 maximum).
Two-day program with five workshops, four gourmet meals, and overnight accommodation is $450-$600 p.p. (8 person minimum; 20 maximum). AV included.
