Simple ceremony & lunch
Just a day together, with a few family members and friends. A late morning ceremony, followed by a gourmet lunch and casual hikes in the woods.
Your package includes exclusive access to the lodge and Wintergreen's 200 acres, ceremony site, food and non-alcoholic beverages, and pampering by Wintergreen's experienced staff.
Up to 50 people: $2,000 base fee + $50 per person. Base fee includes exclusive use of facilities and land and all costs associated with staffing the event. Alcohol & HST extra.

Afternoon nuptials & evening celebration
You'd like to get married in the late afternoon, say, with a dinner to follow. Maybe even dancing under the stars in the meadow (or in the lodge if the weather doesn't cooperate). You'd like some of your guests to spend the night in the Wintergreen Lodge or a woodland cabin (up to 20).
Your package includes exclusive access to the lodge and land, ceremony site, appetizers after the ceremony, dinner and non-alcoholic beverages, late night munchies, and careful attention from Wintergreen's staff.
Up to 50 people: $4,000 base fee + $150 per person. Base fee includes exclusive use of facilities and land and all costs associated with staffing the event. Overnight B&B $300 per person. Alcohol & HST extra.

Destination weekend
You want to make a weekend of it. A quiet Friday evening with your partner and a few intimate friends and family. Enjoy an informal dinner … you could even call it the rehearsal dinner. On Saturday your remaining guests arrive, and the afternoon ceremony is followed by appetizers, dinner, and an evening party. Some of your guests spend the night; others head to B&Bs in nearby Westport, or travel home.
Your package includes exclusive access to the lodge and land, meals beginning Friday evening and ending with brunch on Sunday, and the nurturing attention of Wintergreen's staff.
Up to 50 people: $6,000 base fee + $150 per person for Saturday only (no accommodations). Base fee includes exclusive use of facilities and land and all costs associated with staffing the event.
Full weekend package (up to 16 people) includes all meals, snacks, and appetizers and two nights accommodation: $850 per person. Alcohol & HST extra.
Want some help with logistics?
Wintergreen provides an amazing venue (and amazing food!). You are responsible for everything else—the celebrant, photographer, music, decorations… and the list goes on.
If you are ready to take on those additional details yourself, that’s just fine. She can provide a range of support, from wedding day coordination to full planning.
