This event is part of the 2019 Entertainment Series & the Spring Celebration Series: Land Art

When we published our first cookbook in 2011, the book was scarcely off the press before guests started asking us when the next book would be coming out. It has taken us seven years, but that’s a good thing - because the recipes we include in Cooking at Wintergreen have truly stood the test of time.

There are recipes to fit every dietary need and they are family portioned yet easily multiplied for larger crowds. We’ve also included a list of suggested menus to encourage you to cook with produce that’s seasonally available and locally grown.

We hope you enjoy cooking the recipes as much as we enjoyed creating them and hope even more that you will join us in officially launching our newest cookbook. Come for an afternoon of good food, great company, and time spent huddled around the Wintergreen kitchen, sharing stories and making memories!
