The full moon in February, known as the Snow Moon, seems just the right occasion for an outdoor festival to honour and celebrate winter, the natural world, music, and friendship. And so it is that the Snow Moon Festival is born!
Enjoy an afternoon of spirited live music, be nourished by a mug of hot soup, embrace the winter weather with a snowshoe hike through the trails, and take in the company of other music lovers huddled close to a blazing fire ring.
The Snow Moon Festival honours the quiet grace and beauty of the land we walk and acknowledges the Indigenous peoples who nurtured this place before us, and also those who will continue to do so after we are gone.
